DLH employs approximately 2500 people around the world.

Our multicultural workforce is the fundament in the DLH house of values. The nature of our business brings us in contact with a wide variety of people, local communities, indigenous peoples and organisations worldwide.

We strive to ensure healthy workplaces for DLH employees worldwide. We work actively to prevent accidents and work-related health risks as well as to implement specific projects to restore and maintain the general health of our employees. We aim to make positive contributions to the communities we are active in worldwide through partnerships and cooperation with local and international organisations.

DLH has joined the United Nations Global Compact and is commited to actively integrate the 10 principles of Global Compact in our daily business conduct.
