Optimize your chances:

In the DLH-Group we often receive unsolicited application and to optimize your chances for a positive job mach, it is of utmost importance that you state what kind of job you are interested in and where you want to work. Find and contact the local DLH unit or units that might have your attention, and examine the possibilities of a match between potential positions and your qualifications. By writing a motivated application, that clearly states your job wishes and qualifications, you’re optimizing the chances for a fast and precise handling of your unsolicited application.

Use your application to tell us about your motivation as well as how you think you can make a difference with your qualifications. Tell us why you are applying for precisely this job and tell us, why the DLH-Group can’t afford not to hire you. Write a motivated application in which you describe what kind of job or in which job area you are interested to work in. Because DLH is a global company it is important that you specify in which country or in which town you wish to work in. It is also important that you have considered what kind of job that could mach your qualifications and that you clearly state this in your application. In order to optimize your chances you should consider in which language you should write, as it eases the process, if your application is in English.

Procedure:

When applying for a job in Denmark send your unsolicited application to Group HR via job@dlh-group.com or to Group HR, Dalhoff Larsen & Horneman A/S, Skagensgade 66, 2630 Taastrup, Denmark. Group HR will forward your application to a relevant DLH unit. In this case your chances for a positive job mach are optimized by describing your wish as precisely as possible. You are also welcome to contact Group HR for any questions you might have. Click here for contact information about Group HR. Unless you state that it is not of your interest, we will keep your record in our data base in a period of six months. If we during this time find a vacant position that mach your qualifications and wishes, you will be contacted by Group HR, otherwise your application will be deleted.
