Dividend policy
In future, the Supervisory Board intends for dividend to be paid to the shareholders annually at the rate of approx. 25% of the profit for the year after tax with due regard to the development plans of the Group and its need for consolidation.
Due to the lack of profit in 2008 as well as the generally increasing difficulties in accessing liquidity in the market. it was approved in the general meeting that no dividends be paid for 2008. On the same basis it was decided not to pay dividend for 2009.
