The company's share capital amounts to 18,578,476 shares in total of DKK 10 corresponding to nominally DKK 185,784,760 and consists of 1,875,000 Class A shares and 16,703,476 Class B shares.

All Class A shares are owned by DLH-FONDEN. In connection with the capital increase in 2000 the DLH-FONDEN has promised that the Class A shares as a whole will maximum be paid at an premium charge of 25% in relation to the Class B shares at a possible future sale of the DLH Group.
